Common Questions
The sound stops when my screen locks.
Still Waters is designed to keep playing while your screen is locked. If audio stops, please check your device volume, silent switch, and any Focus/Do Not Disturb settings. You can also try restarting your device and reopening the app.
Can I use the app during prayer or Bible reading?
Yes. Still Waters was designed for both night-time rest and quiet devotion—prayer, journaling, and Scripture reading in a calm sonic environment.
Will Still Waters come to Android?
For now, Still Waters is available on iOS/iPadOS. If you’re interested in an Android version, email us—your feedback helps guide what we build next.
My practice time or streak looks off.
Double-check that your device date/time settings are correct. If something still looks wrong, email us with your app version, what you expected to see, and a screenshot of the Practice/Progress screen.
Can I export my practice history?
Yes. Piano Practice Companion supports exporting sessions to CSV. If export isn’t working, tell us what device you’re using and what you tapped so we can reproduce it quickly.
Will it support iPad?
Yes—Piano Practice Companion is designed for both iPhone and iPad. If you notice any layout issues on your iPad model, send a screenshot and we’ll take a look.
